I'm Bay Area through and through. I grew up here, graduated from Castro Valley High in 2006, and never left. Today I live in Castro Valley with my family, and my two kids attend school in the same district I grew up in. So when families ask me about this community, I'm answering as a neighbor, not just an agent.

Real estate isn't something I fell into. It's what I always wanted to do, and I'm genuinely passionate about it. I love every part of the process: helping a first time buyer get the keys, getting a seller more than they thought possible, and walking a rundown house to picture exactly what it could become. That passion is why my clients get my full attention from the first phone call to closing day.

I've built my career here in the East Bay since 2010. Over the last five years alone I've closed roughly 60 transactions totaling more than $63 million. That work also earned me the Grand Master's Award from the Bay East Association of REALTORS®, an honor given to the top 8% of agents in the region.

I'm also an active investor. I own multifamily properties around the Bay Area and personally renovate and resell homes. So when I advise you on pricing, repairs, or which upgrades are truly worth it, it comes from someone who does this with his own money every day, not just from theory.
